Kilim Gabah was made to be an alternative to Gabah, which was
very popular but very heavy as well, for those who wish to have
something lighter in weight. It is a combination of the beauty of
Gabah and the lightweight of Kilim. It is made of hand spun yarn,
and is dyed by vegetable dyes (natural dyes). The designs are
mostly done quite creatively and spontaneously, with the weaves
getting ideas from their immediate surroundings.
